Heck, we're not going to lie to you, some people ask us odd questions. That's not to say we don't want to hear them, particularly if the questions have to do with bikes. Seems like a lot of folks get a bit intimidated when they step into a bike shop. Truth is, there's really nothing intimidating about the lot at Solano Avenue Cyclery. Got a bike-related question you think is stupid? Ask it. We encourage it. We won't laugh at you – at least not while you're in the store. We spend most of the time laughing at each other, so odds are any questions about bike maintenance or bike sizing or bike shopping won't seem nearly as ridiculous to us as our co-workers' daily sit-com-ish misadventures.
Ask a bike related question. If it makes us laugh we'll be sure to say, "Thanks!" and we'll drum up the most informative answer we can.
